· Enter accurate and timely data into in-house system
· Prepare documents, such as memos, invoices, reports, packing list and other correspondence
· Assist and handle partial accounts – AR & AP
· Maintain a filing system, update records, and organize documents
· Assist in filling and other administrative work
· Prepare other reports to Director
· Assist in general office admin & accounting related
· Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
· Experience in Accounting
· Good working attitude
· Self-motivated and an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned
· Singapore Citizen or PR only
