Job Scope:
· Handle full set GL
· Perform Monthly GL closing and update all relevant Balance Sheet Schedules
· Monthly review of inter-company transactions and over-see AR and AP staffs
· Handle TR and LC
· Prepare Bank documents and updating records related to Hire Purchase
· Fixed Assets administration
· Support audit queries
· Checking Monthly Bank Reconciliation
· Support in AR Credit Control and collection matters
· Update of weekly and monthly Forex Currency exchange rate
Job Qualification:
· Minimum higher Diploma in Accounting
· At least 2 years’ experience in GL full set and with Audit exposure and GST will be an added advantage
· Familiar with AutoCount software
· Capable in managing soft copy document
· Well verse in Excel Worksheet esp. VLOOKUP
· Able to work as a TEAM
