- Position: Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter
- Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Renovation Contractor
Main Responsibilities:
- Examining, reviewing and drawing layout plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Liaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Gathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments
- Cost estimation and budget management for a project
- Procurement and contract administration for a project
- Traveling from the office to various sites when required
- Handling the payment of vendors, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Proficient in AUTOCAD is required
