Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
We are seeking dedicated Mathematics and Science Tutors to join our international educational team. The tutors will be based in Vietnam but may be required to travel in the region. These roles involve teaching mathematics and science across various levels, including Primary, Secondary, Junior College (JC), and International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB DP) programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and/or science education, proven teaching skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse student groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective math lessons that cater to the needs of students at Primary, Secondary, JC, and IB levels.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide timely feedback to help them improve.
- Develop and use instructional materials suitable for various educational stages and learning abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and potential areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methods in mathematics education.
- Encourage a positive learning environment that motivates and challenges students to excel in mathematics.
- Offer extra help with day-to-day and long-term assignments to ensure students meet course requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in teaching Mathematics and Science subjects at the secondary level; experience with Singapore curriculum and/or IB programs is highly preferred.
