Job Summary:

As a Junior Business Development Executive at Precept Global Pte Ltd, you will support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. Your role will involve assisting with market research, lead generation, and client engagement. This position is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to start or advance their career in international trade and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

-Market Research Assistance: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the PET resin sector.

-Lead Generation Support: Help identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.

-Client Engagement: Support the business development team in reaching out to prospective clients, presenting our products and services, and developing customized solutions to meet their needs.

-Relationship Building: Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

-Sales Support: Aid in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support the sales process.

-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the organisation member to align efforts with company goals and strategies.

-Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to business development activities, including maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to senior management.


Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

-Experience: Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role is an advantage but not required.

-Training: will be provided.


Skills:

-Basic understanding of market research techniques and lead generation strategies.

-Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

-Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.
