I am currently working with a IT software consultancy company that focuses on infrastructure, network and cloud services. We are a newly set up entity in 2023. As of now, we have about 10 people in our teams and we plan to expand the team to 25 by end of this year.
5 days in office; 9am to 6pm. Office located at CBD. 2 rounds of interview to offer stage.

• Deploy, configure, maintain endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices and IoT devices.
• Ensure endpoints are updated with the latest software patches, security updates and configuration to meet client’s standards.
• Deploy, configure, maintain a portfolio of applications ensuring security and optimal performance.
• Monitor applications usage and license compliance, managing software updates and patches efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of endpoint and application configurations and management procedures.
skills and requirements
• Prefer candidates with Diploma and above. Higher Nitec in IT related field may be considered with relevant experiences.
• Min 3 years of experience in endpoint and application management in managed service environment.
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools such as JumpCloud, Clonezilla, or similar.
• Preferably In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing applications such as: Google Workspace, Office 365, Active Directory, Adaxes, Atlassian Products, Crowstrike, Jumpcloud, ZenDesk, Slack and MFA security tools.
• Experience in automation tools such as ansible.
• Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
