- Position : Account Executive ( Full Set)
- Working Days : 5 Days
- Salary : $2600-$3900
- Working Location : Jurong
- Contract Period: 5 months
Position Responsibilities:
- Check & input Raw Material invoice into ERP system
- Prepare & process payment to Raw Material suppliers
- Input invoice for all General & Admin Expenses (including paid invoices)
- Prepare & input General Journal for Raw Materials goods-in-transit (GIT)
- Input Direct Deduction – GIRO (Tuas Power/Custom/Others, Bank charges, etc.)
- Input General Journal – Expenses claims & reimbursement, others provisions, etc.
- Prepare various raw materials purchase report
- Prepare & submit GST computation for IRAS filing
- Maintain & update Die Sets listing (including disposal etc. )
- Assist in Monthly Management Account Reporting (i.e. KPI)
- Assist in Quarterly Diva reporting for HQ (i.e. Diva P)
- Assist in back up duty & other assignments (i.e. Review & post invoices etc.)
Position Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess at least LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in accounting
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided for those without relevant experience
