Job Description:
- Support Sales team closing of customers’ Sales Order by liaising with both suppliers and customers.
- Support Sales team in generating of quotations and issuance of Sales Order to suppliers.
- Support Sales team in tracking of repair parts status with overseas supplier and incoming parts.
- Support Sales team in uploading parts C.O.A into customers' portal.
- Support Sales team in meeting Sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee company general administrative work including various government agencies grant applications and claims.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales inquiries and order including prepare quotation.
- Provide customer support for orders via phone call, email, live chat etc.
- Support Sales team to establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Oversee ordering of goods and the shipment of goods from the supplier and communicate with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare weekly & monthly status of sales order and ad-hoc reports.
- Resolving any sales related issues with both customer and supplier.
- Following up with ongoing deals attentively from supplier side to customer side with a focus on details
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent of certificate or minimum GCE “O” Level
- Prior work Experiences in sales & administrative work (Min 1-3 years of relevant experience).
- Self-motivated with strong interest in learning and resourceful and adaptive to work requirements change.
- Possess a high level of self-initiative to get things done efficiently and promptly.
- Sales and customer-oriented
- Able to handle multiple tasks and all administrative work independently
- Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills
- Industry Proficient in MS Office applications.
