Job Responsibilities:
· Providing support to a HR manager
· Handling of all HR and payroll related matters
· Identifying of skill and competency gaps and supporting of talent development
· Review of talent acquisition processes and providing recommendations/improvements to it
· Supporting full life cycle recruitment needs
· Implementing of HR policies and strategies and ensuring all policies comply with company standard
· Ensure smooth operations in employee life cycle processes
· Liaising with MOM for work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
· Conducting of daily updates in HRIS data base
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
