Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and motivate the Singapore sales channels to achieve company objectives and strategy.
- Attain monthly and year-to-date sales and profit targets for each account.
- Ensure timely follow-up and reporting of all sales inquiries.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Management to set and agree on pricing levels and strategies.
- Maintain and grow existing business levels while ensuring a steady stream of new business activity.
- Provide accurate sales and budget forecasts.
- Develop and implement annual business plans, updating them monthly.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Respond promptly to both external and internal customer needs, resolving issues professionally.
- Think strategically to develop new business opportunities.
- Present effectively to multiple decision-makers across various segments.
- Provide market intelligence, product, and solution feedback to the R&D teams at headquarters, along with necessary recommendations.
- Ensure timely and adequate management reporting as per corporate expectations.
- Represent the company appropriately in dealings with customers, local government regulations, and external relations.
