What this job involves:
Providing onsite support
You’ll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
Day-to-day operations
You will be involved in the overall upkeep of client property and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. To do this, you’ll need to regularly inspect all areas within the facilities and take note of any problems using the predefined checklists.
Facilities Coordinator Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Support facility management in the areas of Client Property & Office equipment and AV
• Support in managing all M & E and non-IT related matters.
• Work with JLL vendor for repair works.
• Support office event set up.
• Managing and assign lockers to user
• Track and update Parts & Inventory
• Support FM matters
• Monthly checking of office premises and walk thru office premises to ensure all equipment are
upkeep in a proper manner.
Certified and experienced
Are you certified to do electrical or mechanical repair? Have you worked in a facilities and maintenance role before? If yes, then you are who we’re looking for!
Good-natured and customer-oriented
Can you clearly report issues and problems and provide clear instruction to repair bugs and malfunctions?
A positive attitude
Are you able to connect with, engage and inspire the people around you? You should be able to develop positive rapport with different kinds of people. Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills will also help you land the job.
