Your role and responsibilities
Within sales department, you will especially oversee the following missions:
- Transforming the expression of a customer need into an off-the-shelf SIC solution
- Support the launch of new Secure-IC offices worldwide
- Maintain knowledge of Secure-IC expertise to support the sales team
- Provide pre-sales technical support to customers by finding the best product and service solutions for their needs
- Promote the customer value proposition (added value, benefits of our products for our customers)
- Interact with R&D and sales teams to solve customer problems at pre-sales level
- Respond to tenders for off-the-shelf products
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
- Support trade shows and customer meetings worldwide
- Prepare documentation on market trends and analyses
- Advise the CTO on the processes needed to make customer interactions more fluid
- Support the go-to-market team with regard to customer feedback.
- Proven Track record of successful technical communication with prospect and customer
- Deep understanding of Secure-IC product and industry trend
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Master’s Degree in computer science, electronics/nano electronics or cybersecurity
- You have experience in semiconductor industry, cybersecurity, technology and market knowledge
- You speak English fluently
- You have good coordination of multiple project
- You have good coordination of interactions with Sales & R&D teams
- Understanding, transcribing and customizing customer needs
- You are familiar with technical subjects,
- You have a creative mindset to propose the right business model to customers.
