Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a genuine smile to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Queue Management: Efficiently handle customer queues to ensure smooth seating and enhance the dining experience.
- Order Processing: Skillfully use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders accurately and quickly.
- Exceptional Service: Consistently deliver outstanding food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing helpful information and assistance.
- Hygiene Standards: Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant to ensure a pleasant environment for guests and staff.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
