Are you a detail-oriented finance expert with a passion for accounting and HR? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Financial Controller to join my client’s vibrant team. Reporting to the General Manager and the APAC Finance Director, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial and HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a regional role covering a few entities, whereby you’ll be the go-to person for all things finance and HR. You’ll ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local regulations and IFRS, prepare monthly review presentations for budgets and forecasts, and oversee the month end closing process. You will also be the main point of contact with external auditors, and also ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls. On the HR side, you’ll manage payroll processing for the region, drafting of employment contracts and upkeeping the integrity of the company system.
The ideal candidate should be CPA or CA, with a degree in Accountancy and Finance with a minimum of 10 years of regional finance accounting experience. You are able to deal with regional stakeholders, and able to work independently in a smaller-set up within a large organisation.
