Summary of Role
This position is responsible for introducing information system and IT support directions in the enterprise, and for establishing plans for sales in the sales area and overall customer experience.
He/she will plan digitalization and smart IT for sales business innovation, and perform communication, collaboration, and window roles with business.
He/she will also establish an IT investment plan based on business improvement direction, investment items, schedule, and development method.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review the implementation plan necessary for IT investment/outsourcing operation and collaborate with the finance and legal departments necessary for the contract.
- Maintain the head office governance and establish an IT business plan
- Establish the Sales area’s sales, customer experience, and dealer operation related information system and operation plans.
- Identify and investigate the computerization needs of sales departments.
- Define requirements and define work innovation tasks.
- Perform as the Point of Contact for contractwork between outsourcing partners and the IT team.
- Computerize or manual management of software & hardware assets such as equipment and information systems (such as if ERP system is installed in certain PCs).
- Report on the status of work progress on a regular basis.
- Cooperate with Project Managers, Application Owners and Department Managers within the IT unit and across other production units to ensure full financial picture is understood and managed.
- Prepare reports summarizing and forecasting business activities, and
- Provide accurate financial analysis on the departmental project portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, or Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Minimal 5 years of relevant working experience in IT field sales.
- Experience in IT planning work in production and customer experience fields.
- Experience in IT procurement and contract work.
- A good team player.
