Job Responsibilities:
- Complete survey via phone and field visit
- Schedule interview appointments with respondents
- Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
- Data entry for completed surveys
- Status update report to supervisor
- Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Other Job Information:
Working Days: 5 days between Monday - Sunday
Working Hours: 11am - 8m/ 12pm - 9pm (based on roster)
Location: Clarke Quay/ Novena
Contract Period: Till 31 December 2024 (extendable depending on performance and business needs)
