What You Will Do:
· Championing engineering experiments for process characterization to drive for quality, yield and cost down improvement.
· Establishing good process margins and inline controls for dry etch and measurement process.
· Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and process issues and put corrective actions in place.
· Drive productivity improvement through process optimization.
· Creating and updating of process specification and documentation of working procedure.
· Setup, monitor and maintain SPC charts.
· Sustain and/or improve Process Capability, CpK
· Establish Out-of-control Action System, specifications for procedures to be followed.
· Lead trouble-shooting of defect and yield issues and process excursions.
· Any other duties assigned by the manager.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):
· Min 1-3 years working experience in semiconductor industry. Candidate with metrology background will be added advantage.
· Self-driven and strong team player with keen technical ability, hands on, systematic approach, and positive attitude.
· Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required.
Education (Minimum Level)
· Bachelor's
Field of Study
· Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Material Sciences, Mechanical, Chemistry or equivalent)
Years of Experience (Minimum)
· 1 - 3 years
