Job Responsibilities
- Oversees brand integrity, messaging, and strategy alignment across all stages in the marketing funnel and marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm and manage overall digital marketing strategy to drive lead acquisition and increase online presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI goals.
- Liaise with digital Chinese media and identify opportunities for coverage fit for the brands.
- Copywrite, translate or transcreate (mainly English to Chinese, and sometimes vice versa) for contents in several different tone/style/platform; work with relevant functions for assets suitable for content.
- Work with search and advertising team internal stakeholders to optimise content and paid advertising strategy considering keywords, business SEO, trending topics and Google Analytics. objectives and budget.
- Collaborate with user community and key opinion consumers (KOC) for user-generated content for all platforms. Engage with the community through responding to social media inquiries.
- Manage corporate social media accounts such as Facebook, Wechat, Weibo, Red, Youtube, Instagram etc., including content development, posting, building following, community nurturing, social listening/ monitoring and responding to feedback, enquiries and comments, to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and gather insights.
- Update marketing materials, maintain content asset database and communicate regularly with regional marketing teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams internal stakeholders to and contribute to product positioning and marketing direction for products.
- Assist in other marketing events and activities, when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chinese, Marketing, Communications, Languages preferred or other related fields.
- Excellent written communication skills in English & Chinese (Required to work on Chinese content). Proficiency in English for translation preferred.
- Possesses knowledge and a keen interest in skin care and health and wellness products.
- Strong project management skills, comfortable to manage multiple stakeholders from cross-functional departments.
- Initiative and resourceful, able to work independently.
- Active team player; positive attitude and a problem-solver.
