As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and lead strategic plans by working closely with consultants and executives to curate service offerings.
- Manage the operations by ensuring that it meets the planned objectives, enabling the business to achieve commercial targets and drive strong brand awareness
- Identify potential partnerships and initiatives to expand the business channel(s) and drive greater awareness towards the adoption of the company's services
- Create programme and campaigns to inform and educate target audience about the company's services
- Ensure continuous delivery of best-in-class and seamless customer experience
- Spearhead planning of outreach to build rapport and educate customers on the company's offerings
- Perform and leverage research and competitors’ analysis to develop competitive business strategy, such as programme offering, pricing strategy and benchmarking
- Analyse and study industry trends to bring new and latest insights with feasibility into the company.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a business development/corporate sales/business center function with P&L responsibility
- Excellent presentation skills, enabling effective communication to inspire and influence
- Willingness to commit on Saturdays whenever possible to support the company's operations
