As a HR Manager (Compensation), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead in driving Compensation and Benefits initiatives and plans.
- Coverage the Talent Management Review cycle.
- Support business objectives through HR strategies and initiatives,
- Ensure compliance with the employment law and regulation and policies.
- Understand and contribute to the department and corporate vision as well as productivity and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunity/ issues and lead solutions in supporting of business goals
- Review compensation and benefits, recognition programs to attract, motivate and retain talent to support business strategies.
- Participate in market survey, involve in regular market study and benchmark against external market to ensure competitiveness.
- Manage all related wage, salary and benefits programs.
- Recommends changes in accordance with prevailing or foreseen employment conditions in Singapore.
- Conducts job analysis and job evaluation.
- Development of HR management dashboard and analytic to enable quicker and better people decision making.
- Drive the annual performance management review and all salary review exercises.
- Assist in budgeting process which include manpower numbers and manpower costs.
- Assist in talent review exercise and maintain the HiPos and succession plans.
- Assist in the implementation of other HR / HRIS related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource related field / Business Administration
- Relevant working experience in the area of HR and Compensation and Benefits
- Good knowledge of employment law and regulations and HR practices of Singapore
