Attends to the maintenance of cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation of all areas of the CHI the Spa. To ensure work process and performance are in compliance with Company practices, policies, Shangri-La Experience and Service Standards.
Key Areas:
1. Responsible for the set up (morning shift) and turn down (afternoon shift) of the CHI Spa front and back of house and to ensure CHI’s overall cleanliness is of five star quality.
2. Responsible for CHI The Spa Linens including daily counting, sending soiled linens and collection of clean linens of all CHI linens.
3. Accountable for reporting any maintenance and defects in the front of house and back of house.
4. Accountable for deep cleaning of each treatment room and wet areas including the amenities drawers, benches, mirrors, oil holders, hot cabbies, wardrobes.
5. Responsible for sanitizing and cleaning of toilets, showers on a daily basis and after each guest if needed.
6. Responsible for refilling of amenities.
7. Reports any items left behind in change rooms or as per the Hotel’s Lost and Found policy.
8. Dusting, vacuuming and mopping of the whole spa front and back of house daily.
9. Responsible for reporting low stocks of cleaning product and hotel amenities. .
10. Ensures that all guests are being attended to, in-line with Hotel Standards Operations Procedures, Rules and Regulation of Chi, The Spa / Health Club are being adhered to.
11. Regularly feeds back to Manager / Supervisor on improvements, guest / member’s comments, etc. so as to continually upgrade our services and facilities.
12. Any other duties assigned from time to time by SLS Management.
