As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our indoor simulator golf clubhouse, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and the machines are well-maintained. You will be in charge of managing staff, including golf professionals, maintenance workers, and pro shop employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the golf team
- Develop and manage membership marketing and sales strategies.
- Develop in store development, such as expansion and renovation
- To provide excellent frontline customer service and handle guest concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
- Maintain the facilities of the Club in a good condition
- Flexible working hours including evening and weekend duties
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation of membership clubs/Fitness centres
- Ability to develop and manage membership marketing and sales strategies
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, responsible, and customer orientated
- Golfing experience is preferred
- Immediate available is preferred
