Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement place-making strategies that align with the stadium’s vision and objectives.
- Identify and foster partnerships with local artists, cultural institutions, and community organizations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, and sponsors to ensure ongoing support and engagement with the stadium museum..
- Manage museum operations including visitor services, collection management, restoration, and administrative functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and materials that effectively communicate the museum's value and impact.
- Curate and oversee exhibitions and arts programs that showcase the community’s cultural diversity.
- Conduct engaging stadium tours for diverse audiences including schools, community groups, and tourists.
- Develop and execute educational outreach programs to enhance community engagement and promote local heritage.
- Create educational resources and programs to enrich visitor experiences and foster cultural appreciation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and partnership metrics to optimize strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of place-making projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while meeting high standards of quality and community impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, urban planning, museum studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a talent for developing impactful cultural initiatives.
- Strong grasp of place-making principles, public art, and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring diverse audiences.
- Passion for engaging with the community on arts, culture, and heritage topics.
- Previous experience in arts and heritage-related projects in Singapore, event management, or tour coordination.
- Solid project management abilities including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Leadership and team management skills, proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
