Job Description
The Card Issuer Officer will oversee the card issuance process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves managing the card issuance team, developing procedures, and handling customer inquiries related to card services.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the end-to-end process of issuing debit cards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
· Ensure all card issuance activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
· Develop and implement procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the card issuance process.
· Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues related to card services.
· Liaise with card vendors and service providers to ensure seamless card production and delivery.
· Prepare and maintain reports on card issuance activities and performance metrics.
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with card issuance.
What we look for in you
· Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in card services or a related role within the financial services or fintech industry.
· Strong understanding of debit card issuance processes and regulations.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Fluent in English and Chinese.
