Responsibilities:
Sales Support
· Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
· Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
· Update and maintain the CRM system with customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
· Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales strategies and decision-making.
Administrative Tasks
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of sales-related documents and reports.
· Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
Sales Analytics
· Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
· Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
· Support the sales team with data analysis and insights to drive business growth.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving ability.
