Your new role
1, Responsible for product iteration of interaction design and user experience optimisation;
2, In-depth understanding of the business objectives, the whole chain to participate in the planning of the product landing, can reasonably split the product requirements and put forward executable solutions;
3、Participate in the process of user behaviour analysis (usage research/data analysis), and evaluate and optimize the design scheme according to the analysis results;
4、Complete the interface information architecture design, interaction design, process design, demo production, etc., with the visual designer, development, testing landing programme;
5、Participate in the development of interaction specifications for the design system, and continuously optimise and iterate in conjunction with the project.
What you'll need to succeed
1, Bachelor degree or above, majoring in interaction design, industrial design, computer, psychology and other design-related disciplines, with more than 5 years of interaction design-related work experience and complete project landing priority;
2, With goal-oriented design thinking, can be combined with business objectives, from the perspective of user experience to put forward proposals and solutions to help achieve product goals;
3, Focus on the Internet, software and all kinds of electronic products, the theory and practice of UI design, interaction design and design research in the field of Internet has a deep insight;
4, Deep understanding of user experience design theory and methodology, with solid scene analysis, user pain point analysis ability, familiar with the interaction design process, can independently complete the interaction design of the business line;
