Responsibilities:
- Liaise with other department, such as marketing, to ensure smooth operations and support for sales events.
- Share marketing contents to prospects and sending birthday gifts to clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare digital agreements for prospects and clients, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Following up with prospects for scheduling of appointments and managing the sales team’s calendar.
- Arrange travel accommodation and itineraries for the sales team, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the listing and status of their tiny-houses.
- Compilation of monthly sales figures to the marketing team, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication and attentive listening to details.
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, especially in managing customer records and sales data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments within the organization.
