Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Comfortable in using Microsoft skills in power point and excel reports.
- Team player attitude to work with all levels within the organisation.
- Maintain and grow customer base ranging from large multi-national accounts to smaller privately owned entities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify, quantify and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Provide timely accurate demand forecasts and close loop communications to ensure smooth support to customers.
- Sales budget preparations and achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Keep management informed with regular reports on planned activities, account trends, economic conditions and competitive activities
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights
- Positive mindset and aggressively follow up on all open opportunities.
- Business travel to ASEAN country at least once a month or more if required.
Qualification:
- Senior Sales Executive: Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 2 years experiences within semiconductor or selling of electronic components industry.
- Assistant Sales Manager: Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 5 years experiences within semiconductor or selling of electronic components industry.
- Strong customer relationship developments and well experienced in handling EMS & Japanese based customers will be an added advantage for higher position.
- Knowledge in global supply chain and programs in handling EMS industry or Japanese customers will be an added advantage.
- Possess good understanding of customer requirements and excellent manner in handling with people.
- Good team player and work well under pressure.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
