Our Operations Assistant is integral to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks from seeding to harvesting within our automated indoor farm.
This role involves maintaining cleanliness across all equipment and overseeing the entire crop production cycle.
Key duties include
operating in a controlled environment with minimal plant contact, sanitizing work areas, handling delicate crops manually, preparing plant nutrients, conducting routine equipment checks, managing waste and facility upkeep, fulfilling customer orders, and assisting with inventory and material handling.
Candidates should be physically capable, comfortable with technology, ideally experienced in farm operations, and eager to learn on the job. A strong interest in agricultural technology is a plus.
