In this role, you will tap into your boundless creativity and passion to create enabling atmospheres through intelligent designs. You are a self-starter, able to work well with multiple competing priorities simultaneously and participate actively in the different phases of the design process.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, design, produce and issue detailed drawings for new F&B outlets, tender, landlord approval, authority submissions and construction from inception to completion
• Participate in customer, project and design review meetings relating to project assignments
• Assist in the architectural design, documentation & presentation of projects through all stages
• Conduct site study/survey to propose best layout for the business
• Work closely and support Project Manager in co-ordination and project management including other related administrative work
• Any other responsibility / tasks as assigned by Project Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop / Photopea / Blender (and/or Revit)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates positive thinking and an open mind to adapt to new environment/culture/challenges
• Collaborative and result-oriented nature
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely and quality work • Able to work both independently with minimum guidance and effectively as part of a team
• Able to manage and work well with multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Preferably with F&B experience
