Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, mentor and motivate a team size of at least 4 team members, both level 1 and level 2
• Manage/track of IT assets
• Manage preventive maintenance program
• Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change request, service request and repairs
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance to security and safety standards
• Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreement
• Manage budget and cost control
• Vendor management:
• Collaborate with external service providers and contractors when required
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendors relationship
• Develop and deliver the various maintenance and respective documentation such as incident report, Maintenance reports etc required for the purpose of O&M
• Maintain documentation and records to support compliance efforts
• Be the point of contact to customer and manage customer's expectations
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the role with strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.
• Understood and practice ITIL framework
• Good team player and excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
