### Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the entire restaurant, including manpower planning, inventory, and maintenance.
- Supervise a team of 6-12 F&B members.
- Plan and schedule staff rosters.
- Manage F&B supplies.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Ensure and uphold the highest level of customer service.
- Work closely with the events team to disseminate information to the service crew and ensure smooth event operations.
- Gather customer feedback and report to higher management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen crew to ensure food quality.
- Handle cashiering, opening, and closing of the outlet.
- Perform daily cleaning of the restaurant area to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain equipment for long-term use.
Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- preferably 2 years of experience in F&B, with a supervisory role (not necessaril)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Possess a Food Safety & Hygiene certificate.
