Job Description
We are looking for highly talented and motivated candidates to work on developing new sensing materials and devices. Together with a multi-disciplinary team of electronics/electrical engineers, you will be part of an exciting research program to develop next-generation sensor devices and systems for human-machine interactions.
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related disciplines
- Expertise in finite-element modelling of elastic/visco-elastic materials required
- Expertise in mechanical simulation tools using ABAQUS, ANSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, etc. required
- Expertise with 3D modeling tools such as Solidworks/autocad inventor/blend software required
- Experience in atomic layer deposition (ALD) highly desirable
- Excellent working knowledge with nano/micro imaging tools such as SEM
- Working knowledge of 3D printing processes
- Familiarity with material mechanical property characterization tools
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary team projects
