What you will be doing :
- Be responsible for the Business Performance of ACMV business & working towards achieving the AOP targets or above.
- Drive new business development to increase the business top-lines and bottom-lines identify opportunities to increase self delivery of technical services for existing and new contract pursuits.
- Develop and oversee Operations Budget preparation, management, tracking and P&L forecast and actualization.
- Lead a team of technical staff to provide efficient and effective ACMV Facility
- Management services, Building-related equipment maintenance and M&E services to various types of buildings owned by various clients.
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and key stakeholders
- Overcome challenges and adversities possessed by critical clients
- Prepare and manage the budget and cyclical maintenance of ACMV related assets/equipment at the clients' premises and manage all ad hoc project works issued by client from time to time.
- Develop the competency and capabilities of both technical & managerial teams.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of your team members and sub-contractors.
- Maintain effective and timely reporting processes and activities to the respective client
- Ensure tight milestones, KPIs and targets are met promptly and objectively.
Requirements :
- Provide demonstrated background experience, minimum amount of education required, legally required qualifications or licenses
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities
- Management, Business & Management studies or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experiences in managerial and leadership position in managing a multi-disciplinary team in the managing and maintenance of various types of buildings.
- Certifications in Fire Safety, Green Mark or Singapore Certified Energy Mangers would be advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong knowledge of building services, M&E systems and good Facility Management experiences
- Strong leadership and demonstrate the drive to deal with all difficult tasks imposed by the clients
- High degree of initiative, tact, strategic thinking, relationship building, and leadership capabilities
- Strong personal integrity andwork ethics, pleasant and friendly disposition.
