Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant radio communication.
- Ensure timely arrival for delivery of import cargoes.
- Endorse permits at customs checkpoints.
- Perform vehicle maintenance and housekeeping.
- Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accidents.
- Check, tally, and ensure proper handling of cargoes before delivery and collection.
- Handle company assets and equipment with care.
- Report any cargo discrepancies immediately during work.
- Adhere to safety requirements while on the job.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 4 driving license.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Positive attitude and good team player.
