Job Description:
• Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements;
• Responsible for detailed and accurate quantity and taking off
• Sourcing materials and sending quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement
• Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Study and identify discrepancies in intender/contract documents and to highlight the discrepancies for tender clarifications
• Compiling all documents required for submission
• To perform price comparison and quotation evaluation
• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
• any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate superior
Requirement
• Possess Degree / Diploma inBuilding/Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry the Main contractor preferred
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent
