Reports To: Global Head of HR
Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, a proactive approach to recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement aggressive hiring strategies to meet the company’s rapid growth needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and attract candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the Global Head of HR and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the cryptocurrency industry.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable to converse in Mandarin with stakeholders in APAC.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
