Job Overview
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for administrating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee compensation, recruitment, development, and payroll, and supporting operations through effective staff supervision and administrative systems management.
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with Singapore contract law, onboarding new hires and maintain employee records. This role also includes performing various ad hoc duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviewing (1st round).
· Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts.
· Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
· Employee Relations: Address employee queries, manage conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with Singapore contract law and other relevant regulations.
· Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as required.
· Coordinating on Grant application and submission.
What we look for in you
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resource role.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· In-depth knowledge of Singapore contract law and employment regulations.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
· Proficiency in Mandarin.
