We are a contractor company specialising in commercial and residential fit-out and renovation projects. We are looking for a Project Coordinator or Quantity Surveyor with relevant experience in the Renovation Contractor industry.
Responsibilities
- Simple translation and preparation of documents in English and Chinese
- Read and reply mobile messages courteously and professionally
- Maintain office records and documentations
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate work and submissions
- Experience in filling up renovation-related forms for submission will be advantageous
- Any other adhoc admin duties.
Requirements
- 5.5 days work week (Saturday half day)
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Ideally 2 years relevant renovation contractor industry working experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, good attitude and willing to learn
