Our Client is the top paint and coatings provider, known for its high-quality products across residential, commercial, industrial, and automotive sectors. They are seeking for SALES EXECUTIVE to join their team.
- Responsible for the organization, administration and implementation of company sales objectives
- Develops maximum profitability based on current and potential customers
- Management of performance of the department
- Works closely with departments and customers to meet the quality and service requirements
- Analyse sales objectives for both present and prospective customers, sales and service activity demands and programs for effective sales coverage.
- Gather marketplace activities on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Assists in the preparation of competitive bids and proposals
- To develop sales forecasts, territory potentials, territory analysis and cooperate with management in setting adequate sales quotas and goals.
- Reports department activities to management through work plan and territory analyses.
- Offers technical advice and recommendations to owners and the ship yard to ensure customer services in achieving both company and client targets.
Requirements:
- With experience/knowledge in construction/Building materials industry
- Good knowledge in protective coating/floor coating
- Resourceful and highly adaptive individual
- Problem solver who can make independent decisions
- Applicants must possess own vehicle
- Excellent client engagement skills and industry network to secure product specification and sales
- Good prioritization and delegation skills to stay focus on key client opportunities
- Good knowledge of industry trends and market updates
- Candidates who have good experience in Floor Coating, may consider for Senior Executive/Assistant Manager role.
