Senior Executive Assistance

Responsibilities:

  • Communication Facilitation: ensuring clear and effective communication within the executive and across the organization, often acting as a liaison between different departments.
  • Operational Management: oversee daily operations in collaboration with top management level and department leaders, and perform administrative tasked such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating corporate meetings
  • Relationship Management: building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization, on behalf of the executive
  • Project Oversight: managing key projects and initiatives on behalf of executive, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with organizational objectives.
  • Decision Support: assisting the executive in making informed decisions by gathering data, conducting analysis and preparing briefings or presentations.
  • Crisis Management: assisting in managing crises or unexpected challenges, including coordinating responses and communications
  • Executive Support: providing direct support to the executive, which may include managing schedules, and representing the executive in meetings or events
  • Confidentiality and Discretion:maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, such as personnel matters, financial data and strategic plans
  • Typically work more with executives and CEOs and hands-on with business endeavors
  • Assist in human resources department with new hires, collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns

Required skills and qualifications:

  • More years of experience in a business management or executive role
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
