Part-time position (Min 3 days per week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and create key messages, FAQs, announcements, notices where required
- Co-develop content calendar and content for the company’s website and social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
- Update social media channels, email blasts, website, and respond to customer’s enquiries promptly
- Work with the Marketing Executive to develop and implement a communications-related digital strategy to grow awareness of the company
- Liaise with other departments to formulate responses to feedback in a timely manner
- Provide photo and videography support where required
- Carry out any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Graphic design, video production, related diploma or degree is preferred
- Basic knowledge of WIX
- A keen eye for photography, videography and flair for storytelling
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Preferably familiar with visual and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Photoshop
- Preferably familiar with Meta Business Suite
