The role we are hiring for:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will support the sales and marketing team to plan and execute marketing plans for Goldplus Universal’s therapeutic products and health supplements. He/she will also generate and position content into meaningful visual communications using various platforms. The role will also involve collaboration with multiple stakeholders including the Sales Team, Regulatory Team and external partners. The ideal candidate should desire for continuous improvement and demonstrate the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
II. Major Responsibilities
1. Sales and Marketing Support
a. Preparation of marketing collaterals and visuals (Proficient in both English and Mandarin)
b. Assist in planning and execution of new product launches
c. Preparation of training materials and literature searches
d. Assist in organizing marketing and sales events with key opinion leaders
2. Digital Marketing Support
a. Generate content and support maintenance of marketing channels and social media platforms
i. Website maintenance and update
ii. Company social media platform management
iii. Product social media platform management
3. Database Management
a. Maintenance of product content database and web based/mobile application
b. Timely maintenance of product artwork in database
III. Education, Qualification and Experience
1) Minimum diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
2) Experience in working in healthcare institutions is a bonus
3) Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator is a bonus
4) Creative and forward thinking, with knowledge of current trends
5) Ability to conceptualize, synthesize and illustrate key messages that incorporate different perspectives
6) Able to work independently and be a team player
7) Self-motivated to accomplish performance objectives
8) Proficient in English and Mandarin
