Job Description:
• Manage project technical drawings, 3D modelling and documentations.
• Draft, modify new and existing drawings necessary to manage site progress and tenders such as Concept, Construction, Shop and As-Built drawings.
• Prepare 3D BIM models.
• Ensure all structural drawings & specifications are fully compliant with project requirements and deadline
• Manage the distribution of latest drawings to the team.
• Record and keep track of revisions made to the drawings.
• Summarize and report to the team the design & quantity changes in new drawings/ models in comparison to original drawings.
• Assist in quantity take-off of scope & materials based on the BIM model/ drawing.
• Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Certifications in Drafting.
• Intermediate to advanced levels of experience of working with AutoCAD & Revit.
• Remain calm under pressure, good communication skills and a team player.
• At least 1 year experience in the construction industry.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas Area.
• 6 days workweek.
