The responsibility of a Corporate Support Officer is to provide support to organizations in ensuring smooth and effective administrative operations.
Job Description:
- Preparation and verification of documents
- Management of records and Compilation of statistics
- Drafting of correspondences.
- Handling of calls and enquiries
- Management of students at sick bay
- Management of stationery and medical Inventory.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Office Skills, Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or Business related disciplines.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in general administration and finance.
Specifications:
- Location: Choa Chu Kang / Yew Tee Area
- Working hours: Weekdays, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
