Responsibilities
Manage existing customers’ base.
Identify new markets and customers locally and regionally.
Liaise with customers to address any technical or commercial issue.
Liaise with engineering, purchasing, service and workshop to resolve any customer complaint.
Monitoring of orders from order to suppliers till closure of customer orders
Submitting weekly sales report and monthly project report to immediate supervisor
Meeting sales KPI.
Prepare sales quotation and ensure correct issuance of DO and Invoice.
Attending sales inquiries, achieving sales targets and provide application support.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Able to work independently in a challenging, fast paced, and demanding environment.
Communicate effectively and with adequate presentation skills.
Good Negotiation skills, enjoy meeting people, Teamwork, Energetic, sales-driven and good interpersonal skills.
Possesses a class 3 driving license.
Knowledge of Semiconductor process is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year’s working experience in semiconductor outdoor sales and familar with fab fabrication processes.
