Job responsibilities:
• Work with business units to identify opportunities for automation.
• Provide end-to-end automation services including but not limited to documentation, development, configuration, installation, testing, commissioning, training, maintenance, support, change requests and decommissioning.
• Change management
• Provide training and education on Power Platform tools
• Any other duties as may be assigned
Technical skills:
• At least 3+ years’ experience with robotic process automation (RPA) technologies
• At least 1-2 years’ experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows)
• At least 1+ year experience with UiPath
• Basic knowledge in the other Power Platform Suite eg. Power Apps, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent
• Basic knowledge in REST & SOAP API
• Certified in Power Automate
• Certified in UiPath and other Power Platform tools is a plus
