Job Description:
Procurement
- Maintain and update monthly forecast report for fast and slow-moving items. Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs and minimize excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to replenishment stock availability, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Receive and create Goods Receive Note (GRN) for incoming goods.
- Manage Internal Transfer of stocks, including creating Order Entry (OE), Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Received Note (GRN), where necessary.
- Generate requisitions for stocks at minimum levels on a weekly basis.
- Inform warehouse managers via email every end of the week for the list of incoming goods for the following week.
- Arrange with warehouse managers to collect goods from suppliers, when need to.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to customer specifications.
- Ensure orders are accurately completed and securely packed.
- Manage and ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Support other warehouse staff as needed to meet operational demands.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum “O” / Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- F&B experience is an advantage
