Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the centralized trade finance operations activities such as Import/Export transactions
2. Implement the objectives, policies and procedures manual and user manual for trade finance operations
3. Review the needs of the business units in terms of operational support and discuss in detail with the relevant business units.
4. The position requires technical and process knowledge of complex practices and procedures in finance
5. Ensure that the process of Trade Innovation (TI) is carried out smoothly and without errors
6. Ensure that appropriate checks and balances are in place for the trade finance process
7. Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for senior management for effective monitoring and control.
8. This role model is expected to perform other duties assigned by management occasionally.
Background, skills, knowledge
-Bachelor's degree
-5-10 years of experience in trade finance and taxation
-Proficient in general MS Office application suite, Paydox system, CRM (customer information, MDM, claims, specifications
) SAP (bid list, planning module);
1. Responsible for the construction and management of the company's financial team
2. Responsible for the company's expense reimbursement review and expense budget review
3. Responsible for company audits
4. Responsible for monthly coordination and completion of the financial general ledger
5. Responsible for the preparation of annual financial reports
6. Help the company develop financial compliance-related processes, support regional financial audits, risk assessments, and tax inspections;
7. Improve financial risks, and develop corresponding plans and implementation plans;
8. Tax incentives include but are not limited to regional tax refunds, tax rebates, etc
9. Able to communicate with customer in English and Chinese.
