Job Responsibilities:
To monitor and supervise sub-contractors work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Document and manage the technical datasheets, specifications, and all piping-related documents.
Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
Identify challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that safety regulations are being compiled on-site.
Prepare inspection reports for material & site installation inspection.
Attend site coordination meetings when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Preferably candidate with 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM/Revit would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.
Will be based at the project site office.
